Freeze Co Beauty collects a non-refundable consultation fee at the time of booking. This fee may be applied towards a product purchase after you have completed your consultation. Once your consultation fee has been paid, we will reach out to you via email.
In order to best serve everyone, we kindly ask you to provide 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend your virtual appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your consultation fee.
