Subscriptions FAQ

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To make any changes to your subscription, sign into your account HERE. You will then enter your email address and a secure link will be emailed to you.

CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL DATE

To change the renewal date of all products in your subscription, find the subscription you'd like to update and click “Edit subscription” at the top of the Subscriptions and Orders page. Using the calendar, select the date you’d like your subscription to renew and click “Update”.

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

If you would like to cancel your entire subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. At the bottom of the popup, click “Cancel”.
