HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
To make view or any changes to your subscription, sign into your account HERE. First, enter your email address and a secure code will be emailed to you. Enter the verification code where prompted to log into your account. Once you have successfully logged into your account, you will see your active subscriptions, upcoming orders, previous orders, shipping address, payment method, etc. Simply on the tab you would like to view or edit.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL DATE?
To change the renewal date of all products in your subscription, find the subscription you'd like to update and click “Edit subscription” at the top of the Subscriptions and Orders page. Using the calendar, select the date you’d like your subscription to renew and click “Update”.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you would like to cancel your entire subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. At the bottom of the popup, click “Cancel”.
WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time by clicking HERE.
